Power to stop these strikes lies with the Secretary of State

After 12 years of Conservative mismanagement, our public services and our economy are on the brink, with growth on the floor and basic services suffering.

Now, we are just days away from industrial action in our health service and this Government is asleep at the wheel.

Health unions have said that strikes could still be avoided, if Ministers simply initiated face to face pay negotiations. They have failed to do so.

Lets be clear, the power to stop these strikes lies squarely with the Secretary of State - how can he justify refusing to even talk?
