During this 75-minute tour, your guide will:

explain the work of UK Parliament and its relevance today
outline how the working spaces you visit on the tour are used
set out ways you can get involved and engage with the democratic process
highlight some of the dramatic history of the Palace of Westminster

Attend PMQs

Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs) is a ticketed event which takes place every Wednesday at 12pm. Tickets are free of charge and are available only to UK residents through your Member of Parliament.

For PMQs, advance booking is essential. MPs have a very limited number of tickets so requests should be made as far in advance as possible.

School Visits

Take part in a unique and free educational experience at the Parliamentary Education Centre, featuring an engaging, curriculum-linked workshop and a guided tour of the historic Palace of Westminster.

To support schools and educational groups from outside London and the South East, Parliament offers a travel subsidy scheme. Eligible groups can claim back between 60% and 85% of their travel expenses, subject to maximum limits.

The Uk Parliament outreach team can also come to you and offers fun and informative assemblies for primary, secondary, and post-16 students.
