Royal Mail fail

Cllr Stuart Heptinstall reached out to me on behalf of Eastmoor residents, who have experienced significant delays in receiving crucial mail, including NHS appointments and financial documents.

Similarly, Wrenthorpe residents have reported facing the same issues.

I've taken action by writing to Royal Mail, asking for answers and solutions.
